Honor Magic 8 Pro has clear advantages in memory, battery capacity and display refresh rate over Xperia XZ, with 12 GB of RAM versus 3 GB, 512 GB of storage versus 64 GB, a 7100 mAh battery versus 2900 mAh, and a 120 Hz display instead of 60 Hz. It also adds a higher-resolution rear camera (50 MP versus 23 MP), optical image stabilization on the main camera, an ultrawide rear camera, and 100W charging. Sony Xperia XZ, however, is around $211 cheaper and lighter at 161 g versus 219 g.
